Much psychological distress is a result of the psychological processes that come to operate when individuals try to cope with difficult situations. The unwanted and unexpected consequences will impact on those who you are in relationship with. Sometimes the conditions that get labels such as depression, anxiety and conduct disorder are very often effects of relationship problems.

We work with families and couples who want to build closer and happier relationships.

We will work together to explore how everyone can work together to make things better. We will help you understand that words and actions, which can often come from a place of positive intention can be part of what is maintaining and sustaining the unwanted behaviours or mental distress experienced by your child or adolescent.
